  • Hove Station, Brighton - Refurbishment/Restoration

    TTPP were commissioned by Southern in partnership with Network Rail to provide ‘one stop shop’ consultancy services for the provision of extensive refurbishment/restoration works to a grade II listed station building. Winner of The Railway Heritage Trust Conservation Award.

  • Ashford Station - NSIP

    TTPP were commissioned by Southeastern to provide 'One Stop Shop' Consultancy services for one of the first National Station Improvement Projects (NSIP) to be completed. The project value was £2.5 million and was delivered on time and within budget. Stakeholders including Network Rail and Ashford Futures.

  • Duke Of York Headquarters - Chelsea

    TTPP were commissioned by a private developer to undertake quantity surveying duties on the redevelopment of the Duke of Yorks Headquarters London. The works utilised a number of procurement methods and contract types including NEC and GC works with total project value exceeding £130 Million.

  • International House - 66 Chiltern Street

    The Trevor Patrick Partnership were commissioned by a private developer to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment of the main reception area of an occupied office building. The project was run using an on line construction management package.
