Profile Overview
TTPP were engaged to provide professional services on the redevelopment of this Listed station. The Booking Hall and Ticket Office layout was reconfigured and upgraded to create considerably more open space within both areas and provided enhanced retail opportunities.
Works to the platform included full refurbishment of staff and public areas such as toilets, waiting rooms, retail and offices.
The design complied to the Code of Practice for Accessible Stations by ensuring all areas had step free access with ramps installed where necessary to public facilities.

Replacement of existing staircase handrails and subway decorations were also undertaken.
