TTPP were engaged to provide ‘one stop shop’ design and surveying services in connection with an extensive upgrade to this ‘flag ship’ midlands station. Works included new fully glazed waiting and enclosed platform waiting area, fully refurbished, reconfigured and accessible passenger WC’s, full refurbishment of existing passenger waiting areas to include new customer information systems and to comply with accessibility requirements and extensive refurbishment to booking hall and concourse including new wall and ceiling finishes, ticket windows and CIS screens
