TTPP were engaged to provide a range of professional services for the new build construction of three state of the art detached buildings for our developer client on behalf of Kent County Cricket Club for use as an indoor cricket training centre, a multifunction Sports / leisure facility, health and fitness centre and conference centre. Included provision of spectator stand for 3000 people as well as all-weather floodlit pitches. Associated works included the means of access, soft and hard landscaping and car parking. Project successfully delivered to meet target dates.
