Profile Overview
The project involved comprehensive refurbishment of this Grade II Listed building within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The project combined the provision of shell and core prime retail space along with high specification residential accomodation. A change of use saw the swapping of the ancillary office use with the residential accommodation in the basement of Colette Court.
The design involved the complete replacement of the existing ground floor as the existing structure (once exposed) was in a poor structural condition.
