TTPP were proud to provide a range of key professional services to support this award winning Five Star Boutique Hotel project in the heart of Central London.
Providing 14 guestrooms, a large restaurant, exclusive private dining room space, bar area and associated front of house facilities – the project involved the careful retention of existing structures, while providing a new extension to the rear and a new Georgian style front façade, to replicate the adjacent buildings on this premier Central London address.
TTPP duties ran from early planning stages through to detailed design and implementation on site. The high specification involved our Architectural team working closely with the tenants interior designer to realise this exciting project, supported by our cost management and contract administration team.
