Profile Overview
Cat A and partial Cat B fit out of this 9 floor property located in the heart of Central London. The revitalisation project consisted of multiple works, including the creation of a new entrance foyer area, the refurbishment of office floors, washrooms, and lift cars. The goal was to provide modern amenities while paying homage to the building’s Art Deco heritage.
The office floors were also refurbished to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of modern businesses and washrooms received a complete overhaul during the renovation project, resulting in modern and luxurious facilities. The final part of the project involved the refurbishment of the lift cars. This work renovated the lifts with a combination of modern practicality and style that fits in with the aesthetic theme of the entire building.
