Profile Overview
This scheme involved the full refurbishment of this 1800’s warehouse building to provide new category A office space. One of the key aims of the project was to retain as many of the building’s original features as possible.
The works involved enlargement of existing entrance and creation of double height reception space, façade repairs, installation of new aluminium windows, introduction of two new passenger lifts, introduction of new mezzanine floor to the 5th floor, re-instatement of the internal finishes and mechanical and electrical services.
