Profile Overview
This scheme involved the alteration and refurbishment of a late 1800’s warehouse. The building which was located within a Conservation Area was sympathetically refurbished to provide new office accommodation.
The works included façade repairs, installation of new timber casement windows, new full height shop front windows, full internal strip out and re-instatement of finishes and services to provide new Cat A office accommodation.
