This scheme involved the alteration and refurbishment of three Grade II Listed buildings on Cadogan Place, within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The scheme delivers eight high quality apartments for our client and involves additional extensions, new roof terraces, extensive basement works and underpinning.
Key elements include the introduction of an additional storey to the fourth floor level of No. 28, and rationalization of various rear extensions through the introduction of a new rear extension at first floor level of No. 29 Cadogan Place in brickwork to match existing. Installation of new roof terraces will be made to Nos. 29 and 30 Cadogan Place.
The project balances the challenges of sympathetically re-developing listed buildings, introducing sustainability and innovation and working within the restrictions of occupied neighbouring properties.
