TTPP’s building surveyors were commissioned to conduct full dilapidation surveys and assess possible lease liabilities at three railway depots: Machynlleth, Cardiff Canton, and Holyhead. These surveys were designed to identify any areas in need of repair or maintenance, helping to mitigate the possibility of lease liabilities.
