TTPP’s building surveyors were engaged by London Underground (LUL) to conduct condition inspection reports for all timber canopies across the London Underground network. During this project, TTPP worked closely with LUL to develop a methodology that would minimize the need for engineering hours and access requirements, while maximizing efficiency.
The surveys conducted by TTPP were carefully carried out, ensuring that the results could easily integrate with LUL’s asset management software. This integration is essential for maintaining accurate records and efficiently managing the maintenance and upkeep of the timber canopies.
By collaborating with LUL and employing a strategic methodology, TTPP was able to provide comprehensive reports that meet the specific needs of London Underground. This helps ensure the safety and longevity of the timber canopies throughout the network.
