Project Overview

The Trevor Patrick Partnership was commissioned by Southeastern.

The scope of works included the following;

  • Reduce congestion to station concourse by carrying out the following changes:
    • Increase booking hall area by extending into existing ticket office.
    • Extend barriers
    • Provide new ticket windows.
    • Increase number of entrance doors to street and between booking hall and platform.
    • Improve CIS provision
  • Refurbish enlarged booking hall including providing new ceramic tile flooring and improved lighting
  • Remodel and refurbish café, waiting room, toilets and staff areas to upside platform.
  • Remodel and refurbish Downside platform accommodation to provide 2 No new tenancies, waiting room and staff areas
  • Improve cycle parking provision
