Project Overview
The Trevor Patrick Partnership was commissioned by Southeastern.
The scope of works included the following;
- Reduce congestion to station concourse by carrying out the following changes:
- Increase booking hall area by extending into existing ticket office.
- Extend barriers
- Provide new ticket windows.
- Increase number of entrance doors to street and between booking hall and platform.
- Improve CIS provision
- Refurbish enlarged booking hall including providing new ceramic tile flooring and improved lighting
- Remodel and refurbish café, waiting room, toilets and staff areas to upside platform.
- Remodel and refurbish Downside platform accommodation to provide 2 No new tenancies, waiting room and staff areas
- Improve cycle parking provision
