TTPP has a wide and extensive experience of providing professional services on residential projects. Our experience encompasses both new build and refurbishment schemes and our residential clients range from repeat commissions for large private developers and landed estates to one off schemes for owner occupiers. We provide our multi-disciplinary services on schemes across all ranges of specification from high end through to local authority and housing association.
A number of our residential schemes are located in busy areas with restricted working space and access and we are therefore fully conversant with the particular requirements and costs of working within cities such as Central London. In addition, many of the buildings have listed status or are within conservation areas and therefore, our previous schemes have included numerous retained facade solutions and the like.
In addition to providing our services to developers and end users we would highlight that we regularly undertake probity audits for banking and financial insitutions on prospective residential, retail and commercial schemes.
