Project Overview

The Trevor Patrick Partnership were commissioned by a private developer to undertake quantity surveying duties on the redevelopment of the Duke of Yorks Headquarters.

The works included the following:

  • New build retail, office and residential accommodation.
  • Formation of Duke of Yorks Public Square.
  • New underground car park.
  • Refurbishment of listed buildings to provide school, office and residential accommodation.
  • Substantial refurbishment and extension of the Duke of Yorks Headquarters building to provide new gallery accommodation.

The works utilised a number of procurement methods and contract types including NEC and GC works.
