Project Overview

The Trevor Patrick Partnership was commissioned by Spacia to provide ‘one stop shop’ construction consultancy services for the provision of a £1.2Million project to refurbish 5nr railway arch viaducts that were previously used as storage facilities into a contemporary office development.

The works included the following:

• Full internal strip out and re-instatement of the internal finishes and mechanical electrical services
• New full height glazed infill screens
• New modern toilet facilities
• Installation of mezzanine floors
• External hard and soft landscaping
