Project Overview

The Trevor Patrick Partnership was commissioned by Spacia to provide ‘one stop shop’ construction consultancy services for the provision of a £2.5Million project to refurbish a run of railway arch viaducts and yard areas, which were previously used as storage facilities & workshops into light industrial units.

• The works included the following:
• Full internal strip out and re-instatement of the internal finishes and mechanical and electrical services
• New full height glazed infill screens
• New modern toilet facilities
• External hard and soft landscaping
