Project Overview
The Trevor Patrick Partnership was commissioned by Spacia to provide ‘one stop shop’ construction consultancy services for the provision of a £300K project to a railway arch viaduct that was previously used as a storage facility for textiles into a contemporary restaurant/bar (Pico Bar) .
The works included the following:
- New full height shop front windows/bifolding doors
- Full internal strip out and reinstatement of the internal finishes and mechanical and electrical services
- Installation of a curved suspended ceiling grid system
- New modern toilet facilities
- Provision of a stannah stair riser in order to meet DDA requirement
- New office and storage facilities
