Project Overview

The Trevor Patrick Partnership was commissioned by a private developer to provide ‘one stop shop’ construction consultancy services for the provision of a £1.5 million project to refurbish the office and core areas of a previously converted late 1800’s warehouse located within a Conservation Area.

The works included the following:

• Façade repairs
• New timber casement windows
• New full height shop front windows
• Full internal strip out
• Re-instatement of the internal finishes and mechanical and electrical services
