TTPP’s team is experienced in the provision of Construction Consultancy services for schemes that are within Depot environs. Ongoing and recently completed commissions range from traditional accommodation and building refurbishments to Specialist remits regarding Carriage Washing Machines (CWM), Cranes and Controlled Emissions Tanking (CET).  Where the engagement demands we supplement our in-house team with Specialist Plant and M&E Consultants who are sourced from our approved supplier framework.

TTPP Depot Schemes have included the following:

  • Depot Maintenance Review – Detailed review of the assets, and their statutory and life optimisation (PPM) maintenance requirements for Southern, Southeastern and London Midland Franchises.
  • Numerous ‘one stop shop’ surveying and design services in connection with the delivery of Depot asset renewal/refurbishment schemes including:
    • Staff Accommodation and welfare facilities
    • Train Crew Accommodation
    • Provision of large storage buildings
    • Replacement of Rooflights in Depot shed.
    • Repainting and Decorations throughout Depot Accomodation.
  • Depot Pit alterations including provision of side access and deep maintenance pits within existing sheds.
  • Depot Dilapidations schedules and negotiations for Landlord and Tenants.
  • Wheel Lathe – Renewals, midlife overhauls, prepare maintenance schedules.

  • Project Management of P-Way renewal works (designed by others)
