Project Overview
The Trevor Patrick Partnership was commissioned by the House on the Rock Lighthouse church to undertake project management duties on the refurbishment of a mid 1800’s church from theatre use back to a place of worship, including the new build of offices and community space.
The works included the following:
- strip out of existing church and bell tower
- re-roofing of main church
- installation of new balcony and internal finishes within the church
- introduction of new M&E work including specialist audio and visual installation
- introduction of new two story building adjoining the church
