Project Overview

TTPP were commissioned by a private developer to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment of the main reception area of an occupied office building. The project was run using an on line construction management package.

The works included the following:

• Strip out of the reception area and provision of temporary reception building
• Reinstatement of  internal finishes and M&E installation
• Introduction of illuminated glazed artwork
• Introduction of security gates
• Installation of new patent glazing façade including revolving door
