Quantity Surveying

For many of our commercial and retail Clients it is crucial that schemes are delivered within budget and in accordance with funding arrangements. To this end our sound knowledge of Quantity Surveying underpins the delivery of all our services. Where time allows we advocate competitive tenders based on Bills of Quantities as the method of achieving the best value for money, however we are flexible in our approach and are equally experienced in the delivery of “fast-track” procurement methods such as package Contracting.

Building Surveying
